Marjoram is an oil that flew under the radar for me for a while, but I’m so glad I’ve found it when I did!
🌿 Marjoram has been referred to as the “joy of the mountains” and the “happiness herb.” I couldn’t agree more.
I love to use this oil separately, but also in roller and diffuser blends.
It eases sore and tense muscles, especially after exercise! Back when I was doing my daily workout routine (I should probably get back into that 🙈), this is an oil I would turn to in those work-extra-hard days. I also use it after photographing a wedding. Anyone move recently? This is a great oil to have on hand!
🌿 How to use: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of the carrier oil of your choice. (Young Living’s V-6 oil, coconut oil, or olive oil are good choices!) and use it as a soothing muscle rub.
You can also rub a few drops with a carrier oil on your feet before bed or drop some into your diffuser to promote a calming and relaxing atmosphere. 😴
